How many people do you send to my home? Normally, we send 1 person. Same person will clean your home each time.
How do you monitor quality? Periodically we will contact our customers for their opinion and further ensure that our customers are satisfied with the cleaning results.
What type of training do your workers receive? MZ Cleaning Solution provides training for our employees before they start working independently for our customers. Our employees are carefully screened and evaluated on an on-going basis to assure the very best house-cleaning service for our customers. To minimize turnover, our employees are paid above average wages and receive bonuses based on your feedback.
Do I need to be home? Most of our customers are not home when we clean their homes. We keep detailed information about each client's home regarding pets, access, and alarm codes as well as any special instructions. If you prefer to be home, we will schedule a time that is mutually convenient.
How will you get into my home? If you were not going to be home during the cleaning we would need to discuss how you would feel most comfortable. Some of the clients issue a key to us, which are coded and never reveal your name or address should it somehow become lost. Some clients leave a key in a hiding spot, give us a garage code, leave a key with a neighbor or simply leave a door unlocked.
If I give you a key, how will it be protected? All keys are marked for identification with a code # (no address or customer name is used)
What about pets? Most of out clients have pets of some kind. Pets are no problem, but we do need to know if you have pets. Large and/or aggressive pets will need to be secured by the homeowner so that we can clean your home, but if your pet will not mind sharing their space in your home for your cleaning to be done, we will gladly work around them.
What if I am not happy with my cleaning? Even though we try as hard as possible to do everything right, there are times when something is missed or you feel could have been done better. Please call or email within 24 hours and the cleaning person will return to fix the problem or if you prefer we will address the problem on the next visit. Again, we try very hard to please
How is payment handled? Payment is made on the day of each cleaning visit. We accept cash or PayPal from new customers and cash, PayPal or checks from established customers. A receipt will be left for your payment when requested.
What don't you do? Our employees can not climb higher than a step stool, work outside the home, move furniture that contains electronics, lift any objects over 50 pounds, prepare meals, or provide any pet or children-related services.
Will the price always be the same? For regular cleaning clients, once set, the fee will be the same each time we clean.
Do I have to sign a contract for service? No
What is the availability of your services? We clean Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and Saturday from 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
What if I need to skip a cleaning? Not a problem. All we ask is that you give us at least 48 hours notice in order that we may service another job during that time slot. We all earn our living on the quantity of work we do. Therefore, it is imperative to maintain a full schedule.
What if my regular cleaning person in out or sick? Another cleaning person will fill in for your regular person for that time only. Your regular cleaner will return on your next visit. If you prefer not to have a substitute, please inform us and we will reschedule your cleaning or skip until the next visit.
What about holidays or when I need to skip or change my cleaning visit?? If your scheduled cleaning falls on a major holiday, we will contact you to reschedule your service. If you need to change a scheduled cleaning visit we appreciate a 72-hour notice.
